Founders Club

Limited to 50 Members

• 15% Discount on all wine purchases.

• Premiere access to wines (before they are released to the public).

• Access to library and large format bottles signed by the winemaker. (Very limited quantities available.)

• $15.00 Flat rate shipping on CA orders.

• Discounted shipping for all other states.

• Invitations to founders-only and members-only events.

• Complimentary wine tasting for up to 8 people. (Available by appointment only.)

Prime Club

• 10% Discount on all wine purchases.

• Premiere access to wines (before they are released to the public).

• Access to library release wines.

• Invitations to members-only events.

• Complimentary wine tasting for up to 6 people. (Available by appointment only. Two visits per release.)

Crush Club

• 5% Discount on all wine purchases

• Access to library release wines.

• Invitations to members-only events.

• Complimentary wine tasting for up to 4 people. (Available by appointment only. One visit per release.)

•  Membership benefits are effective after first club shipment is sent. Members who join a club during the month that it is shipping will receive that shipment.

•  The credit card on file will be billed prior to the scheduled date of each shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible with updated billing, contact or shipping information.

•  Members agree to accept a minimum of 2 wine club shipments. A $100 administrative fee will be charged for early cancellations.

•  All club shipments require an adult signature of someone 21 years or older at time of delivery. We recommend shipments be sent to a business address.

•  All club shipments and orders are subject to sales tax if applicable.

•  It is the member’s responsibility to notify us of address changes before club shipments are processed. The member is responsible for any charges incurred for redirected or returned shipments. It is not possible to reroute these shipments once they leave the winery. Shipping costs will vary by state and location.

•  There is no available return or exchange for shipped wines except if your wine, at the time of delivery, is received damaged, spoiled or otherwise defective, you may contact us regarding the damage and Mersenne Wines may, in its discretion and based on the particular conditions of each such circumstance, send a replacement in exchange at no additional cost, which is your sole and exclusive remedy for damaged or defective product. You must contact Mersenne Wines by phone 707-591-6272 or by email membership@mersennewines.com within seventy-two hours of delivery to report broken, corked or otherwise damaged products to request an exchange.

•  During times of inclement weather, extreme heat, or extreme cold, Mersenne Wines reserves the right to delay shipments until conditions improve. Mersenne Wines is not responsible for items damaged due to extreme weather conditions.

•  Will call members will be notified by email when shipments are ready to be picked up at the winery. Due to limited storage, shipments must be picked up within 45 days of notification. If you are unable to pick up in that time frame you must call 707-591-6272 or email membership@mersennewines.com to make other arrangements prior to the 45-day requirement. If a club shipment is not picked up within the 45-day period, and no prior arrangements have been made, the wines will be carefully packed and shipped the following week to the billing address on file (if no shipping address is provided) for an additional charge.

•  Most member communication is sent via email. Please notify us immediately if your email address changes.

•  Mersenne Wines reserves the right to alter or change the wine club benefits at any time. Wines are subject to change due to availability. Club prices and shipping rates are subject to change with prior notification. All club discounts are based on the retail price of the wines, which is subject to change.
